How Grapheon Connect works
Two ways to use it. The first is the most common.
- 1Start a meeting on your phone
Open connect.grapheon.ai on your phone. Tap Start a new meeting, then Start mic. Grant microphone permission when prompted.
- 2Hold the phone like you're checking email
The mic picks up the conversation around you while you scroll. No one knows you're recording.
- 3Ask Grapheon, scroll the transcript
Type questions in the Ask Grapheon field. Grapheon answers using the live transcript and the web. Scroll the transcript to recall what was said earlier.
- 1Start on your laptop
Open connect.grapheon.ai on your laptop, click Start a new meeting, then click Share in the session header.
- 2Scan the QR with your phone camera
Point your phone's camera at the QR code on the laptop. Tap the notification — your phone joins the same session.
- 3Phone records, laptop reads + chats
On the phone, tap Start mic and place it on the table. On the laptop, watch the transcript and ask Grapheon questions privately.
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In one-party-consent states (most US states), you can record meetings you're part of. In all-party-consent states, get permission first.
